Frequently Asked Questions

All data (start lists and results) are provided by the respective event organizer. The organizer alone is responsible for the timing and frequency of updating all information.

Yes, you can!
On iOS: You can share your subscription with family members. Just tap "Restore" on the paywall and make sure subscription sharing is enabled in your iOS settings.
On Android: Google may restrict subscription sharing with minors. However, we can link up to 5 accounts to a family subscription. Please send us an email from both devices using the "Feedback" button in the SplashMe app (Settings → Feedback).

Same platform (Android → Android or iPhone → iPhone): If you use the same Google or Apple account, just tap "Restore" at the bottom of the paywall and your subscription will be restored.
Switched from iPhone to Android: Please send us your user ID from the old device using the "Feedback" button in the SplashMe app (Settings → Feedback). If that is not possible, send us the Apple order ID of your purchase by email.
Switched from Android to iPhone: Please send us the email address of your Google account using the "Feedback" button (Settings → Feedback) — we will then transfer your subscription manually.
Important: After a platform switch, please cancel your old subscription yourself. Once it expires, you can resubscribe on the new platform.

The login in the SplashMe app is your swimrankings.net account. It is only used to edit your swimrankings.net profile — it has nothing to do with your subscription.
Your subscription is linked to your Apple or Google account (where the purchase was made), not to your login. So you don't need a login to use your subscription — just tap "Restore" at the bottom of the paywall.
If you have trouble logging in, contact us via the "Feedback" button in the SplashMe app (Settings → Feedback).
